‘Sin-less’ Chocolate-Raspberry Smoothie

This smoothie tastes like a sinful dessert. But trust me, you won’t be cheating with this one, it has lots of heart-healthy antioxidants from the cocoa and berries and healthy fats from the avocado!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop VegaOne (chocolate flavour) protein powder or other vegan protein powder
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • ¼ cup avocado (approx 1/8 to 1/6 of an avocado)
  • 1 cup (approx. one handful) of organic baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 ice cubes

Directions

  1. In a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth in texture.
